Game drives are undertaken in comfortable Landrovers, generally in the early morning and late afternoon. Walking safaris, under the personal guidance of one of our game rangers, as well as visitors to the nearby bushman paintings can also be arranged. The program is however totally flexible, and is set to meet with each client's personal requirements.

Clearwater can be a haven for those who need to getaway, an inspiring venue for conferences, and the most romantic setting for an intimate wedding.

Experience the bush from the state of the art open Landrover with a well qualified ranger who will endeavour to show you the Big 5: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo in their natural surroundings.

Apart from the big five, Welgevonden includes kudu, giraffe, zebra, warthog and the rare roan antelope amongst others. For the bird lovers there are approximately 300 species that occur in the diverse and magnificent 33 000ha of bushveld.
