Being one of the most densely stocked reserves in Northern KwaZulu-Natal, a drive with one of our knowledgeable field drivers is guaranteed to be an adventure. Come watch our hippos wallow, while their babies ride on their backs.. Tea, coffee and rusks are served on the morning game drive.
Lie by our heated rim flow swimming pool sipping cocktails in the warm African sunshine with a view over the entire peninsula. From here you can see the Zulu village, a tiny dot in the east. While in the vista elephants and other animals pass, live and play. All this without moving from your sun lounger. The deck under the Boma provides a welcoming area of shade to relax under after spending the day in the sun. Emulate our hippos while you wallow with a glass of champagne in our warm waters pumped freshly from underground lakes hundreds of metres below the earth. Feel spoilt with an evening of culinary delight, paraffin lamps hanging in the trees above you, dulling the stars with a smoky haze while you eat surrounded by nature and listening to the sounds of jackals calling and bushbuck barking.
