In partnership with Bell's Scotch Whisky, Kloofzicht Lodge has launched a Fly Fishing Academy where those new to this relaxing sport can enjoy fly tying clinics and casting instructions. Corporate fly-fishing memberships are available. Other recreational facilities available include archery, hot-air ballooning, guided nature walks, hiking trails, game viewing and bird watching. Within close proximity is the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve, Sterkfontein Caves, Wonder Caves, two golf courses and many other attractions.

We do everything possible to make children of all ages feel as much at home as any of our other guests. Due to the fact that Kloofzicht Lodge is small and intimate, and because we know each child is different, we do not operate on a set program, rather we have a welcome pack and range of great activities that are available on request.
