We are introduced to some truly amazing dives. The dives at Ponta do Oura cater for all level of diver, from spectacular coral reef dives between 15-18 meterss, to deep 30 meters dives - with the opportunity of seeing silver tip reef sharks, tiger sharks or even hammer head sharks. There are often close encounters with dolphins and whale sharks on the way to the dive sites.

There are numerous and varied sites such as:

Shallow Malongane - the massive coral reef.

Bass City with its bass, rays and pinnacles - this is definetely a diverse paradise.

Potato Bass (Epinephelus tukula) with diver

The relaxed atmosphere that dominates our dive camp makes this a truly "stress free" and enjoyable dive vacation.

Surrounding Ponta do Oura is a beautiful wetland boasting a fair amount of bird species adding to the tranquil surroundings.

The beach is safe for sunbathing, beach volley ball and for children to swim in the sheltered bay.

Meals usually follow a similar pattern i.e. cereals, coffee and rusks in the early morning before diving, a brunch after the dive and potjiekos, braais around the campfire in the evenings.
